People & Lifestyle
Noe Valley is a standout neighborhood for several reasons. First, it is one of the more quiet parts of town. Even though it is situated in one of the nation’s most bustling and lively cities, this section is far more relaxed and tranquil. Next, it is highly walkable. While there are other parts of San Francisco that are also highly walkable, this is unique for such a relatively serene locale.
Families are especially drawn to Noe Valley thanks to its many family-friendly features. In addition to having great area schools, it allows you to easily walk to places such as Douglass Playground, The Rabbit Hole Children’s Theater, and the Upper Noe Recreation Center.
